Zero Tolerance Services Inc. has a Journyman Welder on staff full-time. ZTS can offer oxy-acetylene cutting, brazing, arc welding, stellite 6 coating, MIG and/or TIG welding.

 

 

ABSA approved 'B' pressure welding

Knife Gate Valve bodies like those shown above, often require the surfaces that are in contact with slurry flow to be built up with weld, then machined back to OEM dimensions. These Knife Gate Valve bodies are considered a pressure containing fitting, and therefore any welding to the bodies must be done by a 'B' pressure certified welder.
